Anytime Anywhere Meditation (AAM) is a meditation course designed by Mingyur Rinpoche. AAM offers simple yet profound guidance on how to bring meditation into everyday life. AAM shows how to meditate anytime, anywhere—while scrolling through your phone, attending meetings, drinking coffee, or navigating the ups and downs of life. Even difficult emotions become part of the path, rather than obstacles to avoid.
